Potatoes Stuffed with Cream

Ingredients for 4 people

1 kg of potatoes of average size
200 g mascarpone
1 egg
40 g grated grana padano
Nutmeg
20 g butter
Salt, pepper

Peel the potatoes, wash them under running water, dry them, svuotatele with a scooper, leaving a border of about 1 cm, bake and steam, keeping them al dente. Worked the egg with the parmesan, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, a grattatina of nutmeg and mascarpone. Stuffed potatoes with the mixture, spread on the surface a few ribbons of butter and bake at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve slightly warm.
