Coconut cake without flour
A cake made from flour, coconut, coconut milk, eggs and honey. Did not then flour and then is suitable for Celiacs. Now has become one of my main dessert. Very good
Ingredients
12 eggs
300 g coconut powder
400 ml coconut milk
200 ml honey
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Separate the egg yolks and egg whites and montali separately
If you can chop a bit more coconut powder to try to make coconut flour (otherwise use directly the coconut flour)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until it becomes a uniform compound
Brings the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
Bakes for 40 minutes at 170° C (preheated)
Passed the 40 minutes make sure is prepared by placing a toothpick in the center of the cake and checking it out clean
